"We are not Cultists"- ABSU Students Students of Abia State University, Uturu (ABSU) Tuesday embarked on a campaign against cultism. The dogged ABSU students who went into Uturu and Okigwe communities were led by the Dean, student's Affair, Prof F E Eboh and President, Students Union Government, Alugo Victor. With placards which reads " Shun Cultism, killers will be Killed someday' ' We are not Cultists' 'Shun Cultism embrace Christ" among others. The students enlightened the people. In a fun filled parade, the students danced and sang as they assured the people of the communities that ABSU is a safe haven for education. Addressing students, the SUG president said ABSU students are known for excellence and service. MOVEMENT INTO THE NEW CENTRE FOR ENTERPRENEURIAL STUDIES BUILDING This is to inform the university community that the Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies, formerly located at the Old Law Block, has finally moved into the new building erected by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND). The new building is situated opposite medical Centre at the back of the new e-Library. Every transaction with the Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies will now take place in the new building. The Centre will start offering programmes on Entrepreneurial Skills from 2nd Semester of 2015/2016 session.
