How You Can Forward Multiple Messages In Your Gmail Account

Although there are many email services out there, Gmail is undoubtedly the most popular service email out there. It is stylish, easy to use and brings some very interesting features. However, everything is not going well, for example, there is no way to send several emails in Gmail, which is a shame because there are times when it is necessary to send several emails. Doing it one by one can be a very daunting task. Fortunately, there are ways to send multiple emails in Gmail:

Multiple forward messages through the Chrome extension

You can use a Chrome extension called "Multi Forward for Gmail" to send multiple emails. Here are the steps to do it:

1. First, install the Chrome Web Store extension. Once you have added the extension, just go to Gmail and log in to your account.

2. Then select multiple e-mails from your inbox and click on the multiple Forward icon you find with the other options.

4. The Forward Forward Chrome extension will prompt you to authenticate your Google Account. Simply click on "Login".

5. You must sign in to your Google Account and click "Allow" on the permissions page.

6. Once this is done, you will see a message saying "successful authentication" message.

7. You can then select the number of e-mails you want to transfer and click the Multiple Forwarding icon. Then enter the e-mail addresses of the recipients. You can add multiple recipients, which is excellent. Once you have entered the email addresses, click "Multi Forward".

8. E-mails will be sent. Simple, right? The process may take a few seconds, so do not close the window.

While the Chrome extension certainly does the job, it limits an eagerly 100 emails a day, which is a restriction of Google. It does not work in Chromebooks and Google Apps accounts.

Automatically Transmits E-mails Through Filters

If you do not want to give access to a third Gmail account, there is a native in Gmail to automatically transfer emails to Gmail using filters. Well, here's how:

1. First, sign in to your Gmail account and go to Gmail Settings. On the Settings page, go to the "Fowarding and POP / IMAP" tab. Here, click "Add a shipping address."

2. Next, enter the e-mail address to which you want to forward your e-mails. A verification code to the e-mail address you entered will be sent.

3. You can enter the verification code and click "Check".

4. Make sure you then check "Transfer a copy ..." and click the "Create Filter" button.

5. Here you can create a filter for emails that you automatically want an email address before you have specified. For example, if you want to send e-mails from a specific address, you can enter in the space, "From". You can also use specific words, attachments and its size to filter and forward them automatically. When finished, click "Create a filter to this search."

6. On the next page, just activate the "Forward to" and select the e-mail address to which you want to forward e-mails. When finished, click on "Create a filter".

Here! Now you will see a warning disclaimer at the top of your Gmail inbox for 7 days to make sure you are aware.

Forward Multiple Emails in Gmail with these methods

If you want to send some emails, you can use the multiple transfer extension, but if you do not want to go through the trouble of doing things manually, you can configure the transfer and filters to automate things in Gmail. Either way, both methods work pretty well, so you can use whatever you want. Let us know if you have a problem in the comments section below.
