Actually, keyword surfing is not advisable as it will only be effective if the country the advertisers target comes from organic traffic i.e. if the advertisers pay high for "education" as a keyword and target United States, your will only achieve the CPC by posting education articles and get organic traffic from United States.

If you focus on high paying keywords and your major traffic comes from social media, then it will be useless.

Keyword only pays if you are getting Google traffic to that keywords.
